Leads budgeting, invoicing, and reporting, keeping financial systems clear enough that money never distracts from the Client relationship.
Ensures public-facing language helps the right Clients recognize their situation — with consistent brand management and no pressure that outruns trust.
Reviews each service area's rhythm, pathway, and future arc — noticing friction early and addressing it calmly so the platform stays responsive to Clients.
